Who we are

Osstre Ltd is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. We are registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI731095.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your business email address, first and last name, job title, company name and anything you choose to write in your message.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the site is used, we count page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device. For each page you view we record the page, the website you came from (if any), campaign tags in the link (if any), your country, your type of device and browser, and an anonymous visitor ID.

The visitor ID is created from your IP address and browser details mixed with a random value that changes every day and is deleted after two days, so it can't be used to recognise you on another day or to work out who you are. Your IP address is only used at the moment of your visit, to find your country and create that ID, and is never stored. We keep these statistics for 90 days. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't count your visit at all. Country information uses IP Geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Why we use your enquiry details

We use the details from the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you've asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed by Osstre Ltd through our own backend services. We do not share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for 6 months and visitor statistics for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@osstre.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
