About Osstre

A team that chose to stay together.

Osstre began on a government agency project, where a group of engineers found they did their best work together. So we made it official.

Our story

How we got here

Where it started
One government project, one team
We first came together as specialists on a large government agency programme, each bringing different skills from different places. The project was demanding, and it showed how well we worked as a team.
2025
Making it official
Rather than go our separate ways when the work was done, we decided to formalise the relationship. Osstre was founded to keep that team together and offer it to other organisations.
Today
Headquartered in Northern Ireland, built across Europe
We are based in Northern Ireland, with developers in the Czech Republic, Spain and Ukraine. We continue to deliver large enterprise projects, and the harder the problem, the more we enjoy it.

What drives us

Built on years of working together

We like hard problems

Complex integrations, demanding stakeholders, systems that can't go down: that's where we do our best work.

Enterprise-proven

Our history is in large enterprise and public sector projects, with the rigour, security and governance they need.

One team, many places

We have worked together for years across borders and time zones. Being spread out is how we have always worked.

The people

A team of equals

No hierarchy, no hand-offs between layers: every one of us designs, builds and delivers, and every voice counts the same. Choose anyone in the circle to meet them.

Have a challenging problem?

That's what we enjoy most. Tell us about it and we'll show you how we'd approach it.
